Trendsi Return/Exchange Policy

Trendsi will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Trendsi's part. 

  • Please submit your return & exchange request via Trendsi Return/Exchange Request Form
  • Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow Trendsi 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

Shopify owners- if your return policy aligns with Trendsi, please instruct your customers of the above steps. Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. From there, you will need to issue the refund to your customer in Shopify.

Please note: 

If your personal return policy is outside of the Trendsi return window, we cannot offer a refund, but can take the returned item to hold and ship for you. Please email support@trendsi.co for more information.
