Trendsi Return/Exchange Policy & Procedure

Trendsi will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Trendsi's part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:

  1. Please submit your return & exchange request via Trendsi Return/Exchange Request Form
  2. You can also initiate a return by finding the order on Trendsi web/mobile app and click into the order details. You will see a "Return" button if the order status is delivered.
  3. Provide the return address to your customer and instruct them to send it back as soon as possible.
  4. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Trendsi team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
  5. Please allow Trendsi 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  6. If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

Shopify owners- when your customer reaches out to you for a return/exchange, please fill out the returns form on behalf of your customer and follow steps above.

If there was a refund processed, it will be back to your original form of payment and you will need to issue the refund to your customer on Shopify side.

If for some reason, the order is still showing "Fulfillment in progress", you can manually mark it as fulfilled and then you will be able to refund.
