How do I cancel an order?

 

An order can only be canceled if it hasn't been shipped.

  • Mobile app- go to Store> Orders to locate order, if it hasn't been shipped, the "Cancel" button will be available.

  • Web app- go to "Orders" on the left navigation bar to locate the order, if it hasn't been shipped, the "Cancel" button will be available.

Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Your customer will need to initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days. Please refer to our returns article for more information.
