What if the order contains a product that is "out of stock"?

If an order contains a product that is out of stock, you will not be able to checkout for the entire order at this time.

In order to proceed, please follow these steps:

  1. Make a "sample" order with only the in-stock items via Trendsi web/mobile app.
  2. At checkout, use your own email and phone number.
  3. The shipping address should be your customer's address.
  4. Once Trendsi ships the order, you will get the notification email with the tracking number.
  5. Manually go into the Shopify order to update with tracking.
  6. You will also need to refund your customer on the Shopify side for the sold-out product.
