If an order contains a product that is out of stock, you will not be able to checkout for the entire order at this time.
In order to proceed, please follow these steps:
- Make a "sample" order with only the in-stock items via Trendsi web/mobile app.
- At checkout, use your own email and phone number.
- The shipping address should be your customer's address.
- Once Trendsi ships the order, you will get the notification email with the tracking number.
- Manually go into the Shopify order to update with tracking.
- You will also need to refund your customer on the Shopify side for the sold-out product.
