An order cannot be canceled if it's already processing or shipped. You can usually cancel an order within 24-48 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.
- Mobile app- go to Store> Orders to locate order, if it hasn't been shipped, the "Cancel" button will be available.
- Web app- go to "Orders" on the left navigation bar to locate the order, if it hasn't been shipped, the "Cancel" button will be available.
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Your customer will need to initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days. Please refer to our returns article for more information.
