Error message at checkout regarding address

  • If your customers are getting this error message during checkout: “This item cannot be shipped to [state name]”, it is due to a setting issue in your Shopify store.
  • In your Shopify Settings, go to "Shipping and Delivery"

  • Select "Manage Rates"

  • In "Shipping from", select "Add" and you should be able to choose Trendsi. This should resolve the shipping error message that your customers may get during checkout.
